Teenagers attacked on Workington cycle path

Cumbria Crack:

Police are investigating two counts of assault which occurred at 7:45pm on Friday 27 June on the line cycle path between Distington and Workington. The victims, both male, aged 17 and 19-year-old were approached by two other males on push bikes before being assaulted.

Police are investigating an incident which occurred on Lowther Street in Whitehaven at approx 10pm on Wednesday 13 August.

Two men are believed to have been assaulted.

Two men in their early 20s have been arrested for public order offences, however the victims of the assault left the scene before the police arrived.
